Triad Management Model
Workshop Overview
Are you struggling to figure out how to address implicit bias in your management and supervision structures? Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC) utilizes a unique management model that is designed to increase equity at all levels of an organization, from personnel to services. The Triad Management Model has three components: data-driven supervision, staff skill-building, and quality improvement for programs and departments. The first two components ensure that all staff positions are clearly described, that staff are being reviewed based on those clear expectations, and that there are ample opportunities for training and skill-building when needed. The quality improvement component utilizes data to describe and track key outcomes and focus resources and effort to be as effective as possible.
This workshop was offered to 14 participants on 10/26/21, during the Network Technical Assistance Conference.
