Offered by Rebellious Root Collective on 2/11/21, 2/25/21, and 3/11/21, this 3-part series focused on developing an organizational best practices, policies, and procedures manual to support work towards increasing and actualizing equity in organizations. These sessions developed a shared agenda as the basis of the manual, to help ensure that it will be a useful and functional resource. The labs were grounded in experiential learning and emergent strategy. A total of 34 people participated in these labs.
